Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 15, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Inkt, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, captions or reduced motion. This statement explains what we aim for, where we fall short today, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test with automated checks (axe-core), keyboard-only use and screen readers, and we fix what we find as part of our normal work, not as a separate project.
What this covers
- Our website at inkt.ai, including the early-access and contact forms.
- The Production Map at inkt.ai/production-map.
- The Inkt app, for instructors who build echoes and for learners who use them.
Known limitations
These are the gaps we know about and are working on:
- Animations. Some pages have decorative motion (the Production Map backgrounds and demos, the home page chat). It is off if your device asks for reduced motion, and a "Pause animations" button stops it on any page that has it. A few small transitions may still play.
- The Inkt app. Accessibility work on the app is in progress. Some screens may not yet work fully with a keyboard or a screen reader.
Report a barrier
If something on Inkt is hard or impossible for you to use, email us at hello@inkt.ai. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you can.
We reply within 5 business days. If we can't fix the problem straight away, we'll tell you what we're doing about it and help you get what you need another way.
